How Pipeline North handles website visits and project enquiries.

Who is responsible

Rise, a sole proprietorship operating under the Pipeline North brand, Tokiostraße 13, 1220 Vienna, Austria, is responsible for the personal data we collect through this website. Contact: hello@getpipelinenorth.com.

Project enquiries

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, company and the workflow description you provide. We use these details to respond, discuss a possible project and manage related correspondence. The fields are required to submit the form; you can also email us. Please avoid including sensitive personal information about customers, patients or employees.

For enquiries about a potential contract with you, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general business enquiries or when you represent a company, we rely on Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in responding and maintaining business communications. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Website operation and security

The hosting infrastructure handles technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages, browser information and security events to serve and protect the website. The contact endpoint uses an IP-based attempt counter to limit abuse; its time window is ten minutes and it is held temporarily in server memory. We rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for the legitimate interest of operating and securing this website.

Where enquiries go

The website runs on ChatGPT Sites, provided by OpenAI with hosting infrastructure including Cloudflare. Form submissions are sent using Resend to our domain email address, forwarded by Namecheap and received in Google Gmail. These providers handle the information needed to host, deliver, forward and store messages. We do not maintain a separate contact database in the website, and the illustrative animations do not send your enquiry to an AI model.

International processing

These services may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. ChatGPT Sites does not offer a guaranteed EU-only hosting location. The applicable provider terms and data-processing arrangements describe their processing locations and transfer safeguards; the links above provide further information. Contact us if you need information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

How long information is kept

We retain enquiry correspondence while discussions or follow-up remain active. Afterwards, we retain it only while needed for a business relationship, applicable legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; otherwise it is deleted. Resend states that email and log data on its standard plans is retained for 30 days. Hosting and mail services may retain technical records under their own applicable policies. The website itself does not save a permanent copy of the enquiry.

Cookies and tracking

We have not added advertising pixels, behavioural analytics or non-essential tracking scripts to this website. The hosting platform may use necessary authentication or security cookies. Fonts and the illustrative diagrams are served as part of the website, rather than through embedded social-media or advertising services.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to hello@getpipelinenorth.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority. We do not use enquiry data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
